About Freedom Fainters 365
Meet Us.
Boone and Angie, owners of Freedom Fainters 365, recently celebrated their 25th wedding anniversary. Faith and family come first in their lives. With two sons, two daughters, a son-in-law and granddaughter there is never a dull moment when the family gets together. Farming is not their primary income, as Boone is a physical therapist and Angie is an elementary school principal. They enjoy their little hobby farm and are thankful for the joy it brings. Check out their story below, to find out how they got started in their myotonic journey.

In 2016, our 12 year old son came to us with the idea of raising fainting goats. His idea would serve two purposes. It would allow him to work towards saving up for a truck (in June 2020 he became the proud owner of a 2014 Chevy Silverado) while learning what is involved in caring for livestock. He sat down with the family and made a plan. It didn't take us long to come up with a herd name. His patriotic heart made this easy. It was at this moment Freedom Fainters 365 was born.
Freedom Fainters 365 is a 50 acre farm located in central Missouri. We have multiple pastures we rotate in order to provide quality grazing for our stock and limit the need for treatments due to parasites. All goats are checked on (and interacted with) daily during feed time. They have access to necessary minerals and due to a copper deficiency in our area, our goats receive copper bolus yearly. We take great pride in raising our myotonic (fainting) goats and we believe anyone who steps foot on our property will see evidence of this. We offer both show and pet quality livestock, who are registered through the Myotonic Goat Registry. We appreciate you taking the time to view our page and feel blessed to share our passion with you! |
